NBA 2009 Playoffs Second Round
Yes you all have known the results of the NBA 2009 Playoffs Second Round Game 4 between Rockets and Lakers. After Yao get his foot hurt again (3 times in one game, Q1, Q3, Q4), Shane Battier and Aron Brooks finally showed the quality of their leadership and led the team defeated lakers!
I am never suprised of the result coz I know the spirit of the whole team - I mean Rockets. Even though Ron Artest were rejected for 2 times in the last 3 games, I should respect his willing on fight. Yes, Ron needs a chance to prove himself; so does Battier.
Shane Battier is one of the best NBA players in my mind. Even though he does not score high in some games, --- of course it is because he does not need, there are T-mac and Yao who need shoot more. So I think Shane Battier fully understand his role, what he need to do in this team. So when Shane block one super player after another in game, he completely clarifies his responsibility.
Now, without T-mac and Yao, Shane must stands out with Ron Artest together to save the team. We can see that in Q1 of Game4 Shane shooted a lot and every time after scored he still kept calm. Finally he scored 23 and still did a great job on block Kobe,--- the later scored only 15, the least in his latest 1000 days career.
Then what about Aron? Hey he is really a smart boy in the team! What did you see during the team? Fisher, the poor guy, was broken in game and body. I must say that the speed of Aron is really a great weapon when there is no Yao on the court. Yes we should persuade Coach A to take advantage of his and do more!
Still I should thank Chuck Hayes for his great work on defending. Hay, yes! he was just like a hard stone in C area, and Casol had no way to get out his.
Now, let's looking forward to the game5, probably Lakers will win. But who care? Do not forget it is a team with less than $30M!

The Rockets are now down to a third-string center. Do you think they can beat Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum and the always high-flying Kobe Bryant with NO PRESENCE IN THE PAINT? Sorry. Thumbs down
